Our clients are individuals who, due to poor financial decisions made in the past, are unable to take out loans or use credit cards with their banks. When they need to keep their lights on, put food on the table, or have a little buffer for their families when their paychecks come up short, they reach out to us for help. Unfortunately, our clients are too often viewed through a negative stigma lens colored by their past, treated as though they are irresponsible liars or thieves. But they are not their mistakes, and it is our opportunity to treat them with respect and give them a second chance.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM MST. Enjoy a half-hour lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks during every shift.

BREAKFAST ON US
One of the automatic perks of working with us is breakfast once a week. Whether it’s waffles, pancakes, eggs and sausage, or muffins, we switch it up by trying different restaurants every time! We love going out as a group, grabbing good grub, and spending time together outside of the office!

GAS STATION RUN
It’s always nice to step away from your desk to stretch your legs, grab a drink, and get something to eat. Our weekly gas station runs are the perfect way to do this, and they give you a chance to get to know your coworkers too.

DRINKS & SNACKS
Unlimited drinks and snacks are provided for all employees on the house! We keep the fridge and cupboards stocked with appetizing choices so you’ll never be hungry at work.

COMPANY ACTIVITIES
Because we value positive company culture and want each employee to feel included, needed, and appreciated, we do monthly team activities! Connecting outside of the office allows you to really get to know the people on your team and develop lasting friendships and connections. We also throw two company parties every year so we can have fun as a group and enjoy each other’s company.
